Enrolment of Children September 2011

ECCE Information packs will be issued to Childcare Services during the week of the 22nd August 2011.  These packs will contain Parental Declaration Forms as well as instructions for services to complete the ‘Service Return’.

Parent Declaration Forms should be issued to parents during the reference week, expected to be the 5th or the 12th September 2011.  To avail of the ECCE Scheme, parents must complete the form and return it to the childcare services within 3 days.  The service uses this information to complete an online return to the Department of Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA).  This allows the DCYA to verify that the child is eligible (born between the 2nd February 2007 and 30th June 2008).
